The product page shows the current price, available options and availability recorded in Shopify at that time. We aim to keep product information clear and current and we do not intentionally use fabricated stock levels, discounts or scarcity claims.

Placing an order

Select the product, version and quantity you want and complete your order through the Shopify checkout. Please check your contact, delivery and product details before payment. An order can only be processed when the selected product is available for sale.

Payment

The payment methods that are actually available to you are shown in checkout. Your order is only considered paid when the selected payment provider confirms the payment.

Shipping

Available shipping options, costs and any delivery information shown for your destination appear during checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times can vary by product, destination and carrier. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Returns and order issues

If you need to return an item, received an incorrect product or your order arrived damaged, contact us first with your order number. We will explain the appropriate next step. Please also read our Return Policy for practical return information.
