If you need to return an item, received the wrong product, or your order arrived damaged, contact us first and include your order number. We will explain the correct next steps before you send anything back.

Before returning an item

• Keep the product as complete as possible, including parts and accessories.
• Use secure packaging to help prevent damage during return shipping.
• Do not send a return to the address printed on a shipping label unless we have confirmed that address for your return.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos can help us understand the problem more quickly.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved and processed, any applicable refund is sent back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear can depend on your payment provider.
