30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at lucianocoutinholima15@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
